Well Trained Staff
All our demolition operatives and machine operators have received training and have obtained CCDO (Certificate of Competence for Demolition Operatives) and CPCS (Construction Plant Certification Scheme) cards to fully equip them to successfully carry out their duties.
As part of our training programme the following minimum training is provided to all operatives :
- Asbestos Awareness & Demolition Safety Awareness
- Safe Use of Cat & Genny
- Fire Marshall/Warden Safety
- Abrasive Wheels
- Safe Use of Oxygen/Fuel Cutting Course
- Emergency First Aid
- Working at Height
- Low Level Access Equipment Training Course
- Manual Handling
All site supervisors have obtained CCDO Demolition Managers Course Qualification. Rye Demolition Ltd is also currently enrolling apprentices onto The National Demolition Training Group’s first ever apprenticeship scheme.

Our Equipment
The Rye Group of Companies operates a comprehensive fleet of all the necessary equipment to carry out all types of demolition project ensuring the workforce always has the best and most effective tools for the task in hand. All the machines are transported on our own low-loaders and maintained by our own in-house fitters and maintenance engineers.
